Product & Service Guarantee

• Vacation Provisions guarantees total satisfaction with your entire order and our services.
  
• If any item or service that we provide does not meet your expectations, we will replace the item or credit your account.
  
• Vacation Provisions is committed to the highest standards of service.  Making your vacation or free time more convenient is our mission.

Fees & Payment

• A shopping and delivery fee of 15% of your total order will be added to your bill.
  
• Vacation Provisions accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card through PayPal. You do not need to set up or have a PayPal account to place your order.
  
• Discount service rates are available to frequent use customers.  Contact us for more information about these savings.

Ordering

• Vacation Provisions accepts orders up to 24 hours prior to delivery.  Rush orders might be available depending on the day and time.  For rush service, contact us at (702) 769-4410.
  
• The minimum order is $50.00
  
• If you have made any special requests for items not found in our store, Vacation Provisions will contact you prior to delivery to let you know the status of these items along with the cost. We will then ask you to pay for these charges prior to delivery.
  
  

Delivery

• Vacation Provisions will deliver and if allowed, put away your order in your rental unit before you arrive.  Some Resort Management Companies will need your permission for us to provide this pre-arrival service.  Some companies do not allow for this service or have very short turn around times in the preparation and cleaning of your unit. 
  
• Vacation Provisions guarantees that we will have your goods delivered to you by the evening of your check-in date or we will waive our delivery fee. For orders placed after check-in, we will deliver within 24 hours or less.
  

Alcohol Policy

Pricing & Substitutions

• Some of our items are priced according to market conditions. Customers will be billed the current market price as of the week of their delivery.  If any substantial price increase exists from your original order, we will notify you of the situation and allow you to determine if the difference is acceptable.
  
• Vacation Provisions selects the freshest and the finest.  If an item ordered is unavailable, we will make every attempt to find a reasonable substitute, as long as the quality of the product is up to the level that our customers deserve and expect.
  

Billing

• After you submit your order, you will receive 2 emails; One from us confirming the details of your order.  The other email will be from Paypal confirming your purchase.
  
• You will also receive a hard copy of your itemized bill with your delivery.
  

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order up until 48 hours prior to delivery at no cost to you.
  
• In the event that you do not cancel within this period, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the bill minus the delivery fee.
